1. What this document covers
This policy describes how GodHelpSDR ("we", "us") handles information when you visit our website, sign up, or use our account intelligence platform. It does not replace any Data Processing Agreement you sign with us.
2. Information we collect
Account information
Name, work email, company, and role, provided when you sign up or contact us.
Usage information
Product events, feature usage, and error logs, used to operate and improve the service.
Public infrastructure signal
To build the account graph we read public DNS records, TLS certificate transparency logs, public hiring pages, and public LinkedIn profiles. We do not scrape content behind logins and we do not purchase leaked datasets.
3. How we use information
- To provide and operate the platform.
- To keep account scores fresh and to compute new ones.
- To communicate about your account, billing, and product changes.
- To meet legal and security obligations.
4. Sharing
We share information with vetted sub-processors that host, monitor, or support the service. A current list is available on request. We do not sell personal information.
5. Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. On cancellation you may export your account graph for 30 days, after which it is deleted from production systems.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal information. Contact us at privacy@godhelpsdr.com.
7. Changes
We will post material changes on this page and update the effective date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised policy.
