Terms of service
The rules for using GodHelpSDR. If your legal team wants a signable version, we have one, just ask.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
2. The service
GodHelpSDR provides an account intelligence platform derived from public infrastructure signals. We may add, remove, or change features. Material changes will be announced ahead of time.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not resell the service or the data returned by it without a written agreement.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer the scoring model.
- Do not use the service to send unlawful, harassing, or deceptive communications.
- Respect rate limits and API quotas.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are month to month. Cancel at any time. Fees paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Taxes are your responsibility.
6. Termination
You may cancel any time from billing. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, with notice where practical.
7. Warranties and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes
We will post material changes on this page. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
